The monthly rental fee is PHP 18,000.00.

In the monthly rental fee, water usage is included, but
electricity and all other utility and miscellaneous bills come
on top of the monthly rental fee.
A security deposit of PHP 10,000.00 applies.
A utility bills deposit of PHP 5,000.00 applies.
These are due in the beginning of the lease.
A discount of 5 % on the monthly rental fee will be given from month 4 onwards. An additional 5 % discount on the monthly rental fee will then be given from month 7 onwards.
Satellite television is available through a G Sat dish, with prepaid cards starting from PHP 300 per month (for a package with 29 television channels and 10 radio channels). More information on the G Sat channel line-up is available here. Decoder and smart card will be available in the Holiday Home upon your arrival.
We offer mobile broadband through the Smart Bro 4G Pocket WiFi service, which gives you 20 GB of data download for PHP 995 per month. Please let us know should you wish to avail of the mobile broadband dongle.
We accept payment by bank transfer (PNB–Allied Bank, Dumaguete South Road Branch), PayPal, Western Union, or cash on arrival. Please choose whichever method suitable for you.

Meet our Caretaker
Cirilo lives locally and will cater for many of your needs, including minor pre-arrival shopping, help with satellite television prepaid cards, and tricycle transportation from the airport, seaport or other place of arrival into the Dumaguete area. Testimonials from some of our past tenants I chose to stay at Dumaguete Holiday Home for my business trip and also to have my family stay with me while I'm there. It was a good choice for us, the house is spacious enough to have my whole family over. The local people are nice and fishermen offer us the catch of the day, can't beat that! If we are to come back again we will stay in Dumaguete Holiday Home. Note: the house is few minutes walk to the main road to catch the bus or pedicab so I suggest to rent a bike or car. The beach is just across the road from the house. Roselyn Rasonable-Thomas (tenant during July 2016) We thoroughly enjoyed living in Martisan Beach. The neighbors are welcoming and kind. The beach is small but clean and wonderful for swimming. You can get large fresh fish from the local fisherman. We ate more fish than ever before! The owners are very responsive and kind, and the father lives in Dumaguete. The house itself is huge and open-air except for the rooms. We had a mosquito racket and after an early morning massacre, we weren't bothered by the mosquitos. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with almost everything a westerner is accustomed to. The yard is large, and we enjoyed watching a family of crabs outside the kitchen window. Sitting upstairs at night, where you can hear the waves, was very relaxing.
